Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information this website (“the site”) collects, why, and what happens to it. The site is operated by Ryth Vara, a licensed real estate salesperson (Pennsylvania license RS380174) with Real of Pennsylvania. “I”, “me” and “my” below mean Ryth Vara.
The short version
- The site sets no cookies and does not track you across other websites.
- The only personal information collected is what you choose to type into the contact form.
- I use it to answer you. I do not sell it, rent it, or share it for anyone else’s marketing.
Information you give me
When you send the contact form, it collects your name, email address, phone number (optional), the topic you select and your message. If you email, call or text me directly, I receive whatever you include.
I use this information only to respond to your enquiry and, if we work together, to provide real estate services to you. I will not add you to a marketing list or send you automated texts without your permission.
How the contact form is delivered
The form is delivered to my email inbox by Web3Forms, a form-to-email service, which processes your submission in order to send it. Its handling of that data is described in the Web3Forms privacy policy. If the form cannot be delivered, your own email app opens instead with your message filled in, and nothing is sent until you press send.
Information collected automatically
Hosting. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. Like any web server, GitHub receives your IP address and basic browser details when you load a page, and logs them for security purposes. See the GitHub privacy statement.
Visitor statistics. The site may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It does not use cookies, does not store anything on your device, and does not fingerprint you or follow you to other sites. See the Cloudflare Web Analytics page for details.
Cookies
The site does not set cookies, and it contains no advertising, social media widgets, or third-party trackers. The links to my Instagram, TikTok and Facebook pages are plain links: those services only learn you visited if you click through, and from then on their own policies apply.
How long I keep it
Enquiries stay in my email for as long as they are useful for our conversation and for any transaction that follows, and for as long as real estate record-keeping rules require. Ask and I will delete what I am not required to keep.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you have sent me at any time by emailing ryth.realtor@gmail.com.
Children
The site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. I do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
